About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Success Manager to join our team at Rokt. As a key member of our Merchant Success organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our merchants.

As a Merchant Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized support, guidance, and strategy to our merchant partners, helping them maximize the value of our tools and achieve their business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive merchant retention and expansion revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes and playbooks to enhance the effectiveness of the Merchant Success organization.
  • Assist in identifying and hiring exceptional talent for the merchant success team, contributing to the growth and success of the department.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies aimed at driving significant performance and achieving established goals.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive culture that resonates throughout the company.
  • Act as an owner, driving strong relationships with direct points of contact within the merchants organization.
  • Highlight the strong connection between our products and their value to customers, discovering new opportunities to grow the AfterSell product line.
About You

We are looking for a customer-centric individual with a solid foundation of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field. You should be able to excel in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

You should embody integrity, excellence, respect, and collaboration in your interactions with merchants and colleagues alike. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable adapting to rapid changes and challenges, and understand the value of hard work and delivering exceptional results for our merchants.
