Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Solestop.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
