Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tim Hortons #6867, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, and team player.
