Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Axios Mining Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
