Guest Ambassador

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Guest Attendant to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a Guest Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and fostering a sense of community.

• Provide Resident Supervision and Assistance: Support residents with their activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, as per individual plans of care.
• Provide Resident Care and Services: Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly, provide courteous service, and ensure residents' personal grooming is appropriate and uniform/dress is clean, tidy, and according to dress code.
• Support Resident Comfort & Well-being: Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, as well as oral and dental care, and complete laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments.

• Compassionate and Dedicated: You are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to seniors, and you are committed to making a meaningful difference in their lives.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: You possess excellent communication skills and are able to effectively interact with residents, staff, and families.
• Tact and Diplomacy: You exercise tact and diplomacy in working with seniors, their families, and general visitors.
