About the Team:

The Retail Store Leader will embody the essence of Pandora. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and offerings while taking pride in providing outstanding customer service. This position allows you to actively engage with customers on the sales floor and collaborate with your team to enhance sales performance. You will mentor and oversee a team comprising Assistant Store Leaders, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  7. Expand your network and inspire the recruitment of top talent for Pandora, including Assistant Store Leaders, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
  8. Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and address any performance challenges and policy adherence.
  9. Utilize your expertise in talent management, brand representation, operations, and customer experience to ensure the effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies, streamlined operational processes, and ongoing talent development.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

  1. Proven leadership experience with a results-driven approach, having served as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment for 3-5 years.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of Care.

  4. Sharp business acumen and analytical skills that drive positive outcomes.
  5. A talent for attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
  6. Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  7. Eligibility to work and proof of identity, being at least 18 years old.
