JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt responses to customer inquiries via telephone and/or email within a service center environment, adhering to established service and quality standards.
  • Manage customer orders, billing, accounts, and service applications, including maintenance and termination requests.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

This is an entry-level position requiring minimal prior relevant experience. Candidates will develop foundational skills to perform routine tasks. Work is structured and typically completed under close supervision or defined procedures. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with less than one year of experience; post-secondary education may be considered in lieu of experience.
