About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pandora. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and assistant managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and assistant managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the divisional sales manager and human resource generalist to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize business acumen and analytical thinking to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members at all levels.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
