Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza Co Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our operations.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You will be required to work effectively in a team, communicating with staff and management to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
