Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental agency, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise, and co-ordinate activities of workers.
Work Environment:

This role is based in a rural area, working in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
