We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Teranorth Construction & Engineering Limited. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings, bridges, and other structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare layouts and blueprints for construction projects
- Measure, cut, and shape materials for building and repairing structures
- Assemble and install materials, such as wood, steel, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and other fixtures
- Supervise and instruct apprentices and other workers
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
As a Carpenter, you will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, factories, and other industrial environments. You will be exposed to physical demands, such as bending, crouching, and lifting heavy loads.
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
