Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team at JobCart Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and increase client investment
  • Research and understand client business models and industry trends
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to provide clients with optimal solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and reactive engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role
  • 3 years of overall work experience, or 2 years with a degree in Sales or Marketing
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior inside sales experience with a focus on outbound and inbound calling
  • Quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
  • Commitment to structured sales training and processes

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.43
  • $900 bonus, paid in two installments: $400 after 4 weeks and $500 after 8 weeks

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract

Contract Length: 12 months

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
