Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Swan Spa Massage.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Providing Information: Offer basic information to clients and the public, including details about our services and facilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, and maintaining work records and logs.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive and issue payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
