About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Nikhil's Anand & Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement life skills workshops to empower clients with essential skills for independent living.
  • Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address clients' needs and concerns.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide support with daily activities.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings to promote social integration.
  • Offer mentoring and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Certificate in First Aid and Food Safety.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Experience working with youth and vulnerable populations an asset.
