Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Classifier Milling Systems Cor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a warehouse setting.
