Job Title: Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Reels Hose Fix. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and process financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to management on financial performance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and external parties, such as vendors and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, internet, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle, willing to travel, and public transportation available.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
