Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Behaviour Analyst to implement clinical skill development and create personalized Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) grounded in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis. This role involves working with individuals in both home and community environments to enhance their quality of life through effective strategies and skill acquisition.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting hourly wage of $42.02;
  • Observance of 11 statutory holidays with corresponding pay;
  • 4% vacation pay included in each paycheck;

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is required.
  • Must be registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and hold a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) designation.
  • Experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of recent clinical experience in a multidisciplinary team setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and behavioural evaluations related to responsive behaviours.
  • Experience in developing ABA programs for individuals with dual diagnoses.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on crisis intervention.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering services utilizing applied behaviour analysis and positive behaviour supports.
  • Conducting functional behaviour assessments and overseeing the implementation of individual behaviour protocols.
  • Developing monitoring systems to track behaviour patterns and outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards for all documentation.
  • Creating and evaluating behaviour support plans and protocols.
  • Collaborating with community partners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing training and support to Behaviour Assistants and other team members.
