Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and caring Nurse Caregiver to join our team at ComForCare. As a Nurse Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role:
- Provide skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan that meets their unique needs.
- Follow the client's plan of care and monitor their condition to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Administer medication reminders and provide support with daily living activities.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional care and support to our clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ability to work in a facility environment.
- CPR certified.
- Access to a vehicle.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
