Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Colwin Electrical Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns
  • Recruit and hire top talent to support business growth and development
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry
  • CHRP certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
