We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hearing Aid Practitioner to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding results in hearing aid testing, fitting, and adjustments. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients regain the gift of sound and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to patients, including regular check-ups and adjustments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to educate patients on hearing loss and the benefits of Beltone technology.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner in good standing in the Province of Alberta, or eligible for Hearing Aid Practitioner status due to inter-provincial license acceptance.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and patient care, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • A commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and internal staff.
