We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at JV Homes. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Communication: Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare expense and income reports for property owners.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property administration.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Property administration company.
