Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of health and safety processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain health and safety training programs for employees.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety.
- At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze complex problems.
- Autonomous, structured, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
