Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at GOLDMINES CONSTRUCTION INC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our operations by overseeing daily activities, evaluating performance, and planning for future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and manage team performance.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
