Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering organization effectiveness consulting projects and advisory services to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct organization design analysis to provide findings and recommendations to business leaders, leveraging strategic frameworks and benchmark analysis to drive operating model, organization design, and governance improvements.
- Facilitate executive workshops, communicating key insights and strategies to executive-level audiences, and engage stakeholders in implementing organization design recommendations.
- Lead and execute internal strategic organization design and organization effectiveness projects, from start to finish, ensuring timely project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Business and HR executives to build relationships, maintain business portfolio understanding, and develop effective solutions to organization issues aligned with strategy and TD's organization design principles.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal Organization Design methodology, principles, processes, tools, and materials.
- Mentor and provide feedback to consulting support colleagues to further their development.
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant consulting/business experience, ideally within financial services; experience and knowledge of TD's business is an asset.
- University degree in business management, organizational development, human resources, or related discipline; MBA degree or advanced education in organization design/development is an asset.
- Experience with organization design principles and discipline.
- Strong consulting skills, anchored in problem-solving, with a solid background working with qualitative data, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and writing reports/presentations.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships in a matrix environment.
- Strong results-oriented project management skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, with a team orientation to work effectively with a small specialist group and peers from other specialist areas.
