About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Talent Management Assistant to join our team at Teck Resources Limited. As a Co-op Talent Management Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to talent management, leadership development, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies and programs
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and materials
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform talent management decisions
  • Provide administrative support to the talent management team
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce program with a concentration in Human Resources or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
