About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Scotiabank. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual testing, including exploratory, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify and report defects in a defect tracking tool.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of quality assurance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience, with a focus on manual testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Contact Center agent-facing applications and flows.
  • Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and dialer inbound outbound call initiation in a Call Centre setting.
  • Experience with CRM application testing.
  • Experience with API testing tools, such as Postman.
  • Knowledge of QA processes and experience working in agile teams.
