Position Overview

As a Painting Operations Supervisor at Royal Touch Painting Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing painting projects and ensuring quality standards are met. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled workers, and your organizational skills will help streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report Preparation: Compile and present production and project reports.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and manage workers and their assigned tasks.
  • Activity Coordination: Schedule and coordinate project activities effectively.
  • Training Management: Facilitate training sessions or arrange for necessary training for team members.
  • Equipment Setup: Ensure machines and equipment are properly set up for operations.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Material Requisition: Order and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and instruction to team members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
