Job Title: Intermediate Business Analyst, Data Mapping – PowerBI

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As an Intermediate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, data integration, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data mapping solutions using PowerBI and Visio.
  • Conduct process and system diagram mapping to identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and share information.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
  • Experience with data/process mapping, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Confluence, Jira, and Visio.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with a financial institution.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
