Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at AMAZING BAKERY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
