Job Description

Job Summary

Partner Staffing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee regional projects and programs to ensure a safe work environment, effective planning, implementation, and tracking. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and developing employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Implement and enforce a Health, Safety, and Environment Program to ensure a safe work environment.
    • Oversee regional projects to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and to the desired quality level.
    • Bi-weekly review and enforcement of employee billable hours percentage.
    • Participate in the recruiting process and employee retention initiatives in consultation with Human Resources and Resource Manager.
  • Business Development
    • Participate in business improvement opportunities and initiatives at both the regional and company level.
    • Review workplans and resources required to complete projects and communicate with regional and general managers.
    • Review the quality of work completed with project teams on a regular basis to ensure project standards are met.
    • Review project schedules with management and other staff affected by project activities, identify revisions as required to ensure successful completion.
    • Client management and retention.
    • Participate in Business Development activities, identify new opportunities, complete quotes and proposals for existing clients, and communicate with the Business Development VP.
