Senior Service Delivery Manager

Centrilogic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our Client Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Governance: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at both operational and managerial levels, ensuring a deep understanding of each client's business, organization, and objectives.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring SLA compliance, and providing technical expertise and advisory support on complex or escalated issues.
  • Account Advisory: Advise sales resources on discovering additional opportunities to provide CL services within their assigned client base, and work with account representatives on key opportunities and contracts.
  • Mentorship and Administrative Areas: Contribute to the team's overall effectiveness by assisting the Director, Service Delivery with various efforts, including process design and implementation, and knowledge base creation.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years in technical customer relationship management positions, such as Client Success Management, Project Management, Account Management, and Team Lead.
  • Customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions, and working in a complex IT environment.
  • Desire and passion for learning new concepts and technologies, problem-solving, problem resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and manage trusting relationships with large clients.
  • Ability to multitask and balance competing requirements, with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, and lead initiatives to successfully complete assigned projects.
