We are seeking a dedicated and caring Daycare Worker to join our team at Peekaboo Childcare centre Beverly.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
- Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts to promote their cognitive and social development.
- Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
- Discuss progress and problems of children with staff members at regular meetings.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a childcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting the needs of children and staff.
The successful candidate will work in a child care centre with a team of 5-10 people.
