Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Retail Services Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 16-20 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position with a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is not available.
