Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Punjabi By Nature. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked production area.
- Baking and Quality Control: Bake mixed dough and batters to ensure high-quality products that meet our established standards.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring that all products meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards, and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or production environment.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
