About the Role

Roma Benson is seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Care for Pets: Provide regular care and attention to our clients' pets, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administer Bedside and Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting dignity and independence.
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosages and timing.
  • Assist with Exercise and Mobility: Encourage and assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain physical mobility and overall health.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental well-being.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as grooming, dressing, and using the bathroom.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a valid CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in a caregiving role, with a focus on live-in care.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Be available to work 35-50 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate clients' needs.
