Job Description

As a Human Resources Consultant at Sia Partners, you will join our Human Resources & Transformation business unit in Ottawa (remote). Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational design and classification: Conduct organizational assessments, develop operational models, and implement organizational classification strategies.
  • HR management and human resources performance: Develop and implement HR function organization, HR performance, and organizational design strategies.
  • Human resources development: Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Digital HR: Implement digital solutions to optimize HR processes and improve employee experience.
  • Future of work: Develop and implement flexible and dynamic work styles, telecommuting, and skills/knowledge/jobs of the future.
  • Project management: Plan, implement, and monitor projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project (an asset).
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
