Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Code Guru. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing expert technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical support analysts and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their job duties.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and database software.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a sitting position for extended periods.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week.
