Human Resources Generalist Role at Enersul L.P.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our organization by providing expert HR guidance and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, candidate screening, and new employee orientation.
  • Partner with colleagues on benefit plan management and administration.
  • Work with managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide backup for payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director on coordination of internal processes and programs related to talent management and employee development.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices (ADP) would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and MS Office Suite.
