About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Internal Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, driving continuous improvement in sales and customer service performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
