We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Armstrong Top Pack. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and prepare financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to manage financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
