About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team at BJRC Recruiting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cash position monitoring, managing cash operations, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze cash positions to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage cash operations, including variance analysis, forecast preparation, and report generation.
  • Prepare and execute wire transfers, internal fund movements, and other cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with banking partners to manage foreign exchange settlements.
  • Compile and present debt management reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports required by lenders.
  • Aid in addressing audit and SOC inquiries related to Treasury functions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage cash flow activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or possession of a professional accounting or finance certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with solid business acumen and technical expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in private equity or asset management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Python, Tableau, and Kyriba is advantageous.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing a high volume of tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and make informed decisions based on priorities and risks.
