Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

Avi's Kitchen Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Handle customer transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
