Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at MTM Energy Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and SharePoint is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
