Job Summary

VICTORY HOMES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that support the achievement of our business goals.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for senior staff positions, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and appointed.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
