Job Title: Brand Ambassador

ComForCare is seeking a charismatic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to promote our home care services in the Guelph and Cambridge areas.

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador will be the face of our company in the community, responsible for building relationships, increasing brand awareness, and promoting our services to potential clients and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent ComForCare at community events, health fairs, and other public engagements to promote our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions about our services to various audiences.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the community to help improve our services and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Certification and experience as a Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
