Furniture Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Decorator to join our team at Van Gogh Designs Furniture Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for decorating wood surfaces to create unique and beautiful pieces of furniture.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate finishing machines or finish furniture by hand
- Apply lacquer or other sealers
- Decorate wood surfaces
- Clean, polish and wax furniture
- Sand metal furniture to prepare for finish and spray with paint or other materials
- Strip old finish from wood surface
- Make minor repairs to furniture
Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may need to bend, crouch, or kneel to complete tasks.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Organized and able to work in a team environment
- Will train
