Position Overview

As a Security Team Supervisor at Sriven Protection Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and respond to emergencies with confidence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations efficiently.
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures to enhance productivity.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.

Work Environment
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods as required.
