Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2823330 ONTARIO INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
