About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Technician to join our team at TM Nails. As a Nail Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality nail care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general information to customers on beauty products and services
  • Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art, clean, trim, and polish nails
  • Offer gel and acrylic nail extensions, perform cashiering duties, and provide product demonstrations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, sell establishment products, and provide customer service
  • Perform manicures and pedicures, and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Requirements
  • Will train, but a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly are essential
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Fluency in English, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
