Field Sales Representative (Outside Sales) Opportunity

KIT Recruitment is partnering with a leading agricultural company to find a skilled Field Sales Representative (Outside Sales) for their Mississauga, ON location.

Job Summary

The Field Sales Representative (Outside Sales) will be responsible for generating leads, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Client relations and sales planning to drive revenue growth
  • Regular visits to clients to understand their needs and negotiate sales
  • Identification and mapping of retail locations based on criteria such as ethnicity, size, volume, and location
  • Collaboration with the head office to manage shipments and orders from sale confirmation to delivery at customer locations
  • Implementation of retail marketing initiatives, including merchandising and applying shelf talkers, to enhance product visibility
Requirements
  • Sales and Marketing degree or related field required
  • Strong command of English language is a must
  • Previous experience in food industry and dealing with retailers is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years in CPG Sales preferred for experience
  • Valid G driver's license and willingness to travel locally up to 75% of the time
  • Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong team collaboration skills
What We Offer
  • $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus
